Answer: Keep in mind while most products are stock items and usually ship in 48 hours, Patriot Trophy specializes in custom awards and engraving and each job offers unique situations that may require additional production times.

Answer: We use UPS for ground shipping, FedEx and or UPS for 2-Day Air & Overnight Air.

Question: What if my product arrives and it's damaged?

Answer: No problem, just contact Patriot Trophy with the details and a new item will be shipped to you with a return package label at no charge.

Answer: Patriot Trophy offers school, public service, military, nonprofit and volume discounts, just contact a representative for full details.

Question: What do they mean by "laser engraving”?

Answer: Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark an object.
